As a partner at BABC, Braun advises hospitals, surgery centers and other providers in transactional, regulatory and operations matters. He has extensive experience involving mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and stock options and other equity compensation plans. He has been responsible for the negotiation of definitive agreements and securities work on five transactions valued at more than $1 billion each. Earlier in his career, Braun was the senior vice president and general counsel of HCA from 1991 to 1997. His work has been routinely recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America.
