Brookdale Senior Living recently hired Cedric Coco as executive vice president and chief people officer for the Brentwood-based company. In this role, he oversees all human resources strategies, policies, and operations to enable Brookdale to attract, develop, engage, and retain a workforce across their communities in xx states.

Previously, he served as in a variety of senior human resources positions, most recently as SVP of Human Resources, for home improvement retailer Lowe's, which he joined in 2008.
