Cardiovascular diseases kill nearly 1 in 3 women each year. That's about one woman every 80 seconds but the good news is that 80% of cardiovascular diseases may be preventable through lifestyle changes and education. Through community events like this one, we can educate people about their risk for heart disease and stroke, encourage them to share their knowledge with loved ones, and work together to save lives.
