Health information technology veteran Mark Farrington has been named as partner for retained search firm Buffkin/Baker 's HIT practice. Previously, he held the posts of chief innovation and information officer for Premise Health and was a co-founder of W Squared, which is now a division of Premise Health. Other past experience includes executive roles as LabCorp, CHD Meridian Healthcare and OralDNA Labs. He earned his degree from Birmingham-Southern and sits on the Nashville CIO Council.
