Jonathan Leizman, MD, has been named chief medical officer for Premise Health, a leading national worksite and virtual health site company based in Brentwood. Previously, Leizman served as CMO for Cleveland Clinic AtWork, which is the worksite and occupational division of the famed health system.

Leizman graduated with honors from Dartmouth and completed his medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, followed by residency in family medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine / University Hospitals of Cleveland.
