Waller Adds to Support Healthcare Transactional, Private Equity & Venture Capital Practices

Waller has added two healthcare transaction attorneys to the firm's Nashville office.

Tyson Bickley's practice includes the representation of healthcare, technology, manufacturing, distribution, venture capital and private equity clients. He has worked extensively with private equity and venture capital firms in investments in emerging companies and also provided advice and counsel to early-stage companies in capital-raising activities and securities offerings. Bickley rejoined Waller after a stint as chief development officer at Contessa Health. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the University of Georgia.

James Saling joins Waller with nearly a decade of experience advising private equity and venture capital investors and healthcare providers in transactional and regulatory matters involving hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, outpatient services providers and other healthcare entities. His background includes negotiating joint ventures, developing integrated delivery systems, and structuring incentive physician compensation and risk-sharing arrangements. Most recently, he was a partner with McDermott Will & Emery in Miami. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
