"My wife and I welcomed a son just as the pandemic unfolded in early 2020. We had 9 months to prepare, however our celebration was juxtaposed by the loss by so many," said Kendig. "The pandemic has underscored the conversations about death and dying many of us avoid with our loved ones. I'm honored to serve Alive in reimagining end of life and in supporting our community through compassionate care."
