Lane Newsom has joined strategic business and technology consulting firm InfoWorks as a healthcare and change management principal. A seasoned professional with 15 years of change management and business strategy experience, Newsom will help promote the healthcare services practice of the company and engage with clients to drive stakeholder experience and activation through major business transformations.

Previously, Newsom served as a senior leader at a global consulting firm and also spent many years working for Microsoft in marketing and business development. She has led organizations of all sizes through business critical transformations. Her expertise includes organizational readiness and strategy, stakeholder engagement, internal and external communications, partner and vendor management, outsourcing, and technology transformation.

Newsom earned her undergraduate degree and a master's in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as her MBA in Strategy from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management.


Dustin Wuest

Dustin Wuest also recently joined InfoWorks in the role of senior business consultant working with the healthcare services business and engaging clients to optimize value delivery. Wuest has more than 15 years healthcare revenue cycle experience and has led revenue cycle management teams in developing innovative solutions, currently used in more than 25 percent of U.S. hospitals. He also is noted for his expertise in redesigning business processes and developing architectures to align with company financial, operational and technical objectives.

Previously, Wuest led consulting teams responsible for delivering financial and clinical value to healthcare organizations. He has held senior leadership positions at other healthcare solution and financial services companies, including Craneware and Informa Investment Solutions. Wuest is a longstanding member of the Project Management Institute, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the National Association of Healthcare Access Management, and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. The Vanderbilt graduate is also a member of Leadership Health Care.
