AngelEye Health Offers Digital Clinical Communication App Free for 6 Months

AngelEye Health, a provider of virtual engagement solutions that remove the physical barriers separating patients and familes from care teams and loved ones, is offering its digital clinical communication app to any hospital in Tennessee and across the country free for six months.

With COVID-19 continuing to limit, and in some instances, stop hospital visitation, reliance on telehealth services is no longer an emerging trend, but a necessity. AngelEye offers secure, HIPAA-compliant live stream video and digital clinical communication tools that allow families to view their loved in critical care units across 70+ U.S. hospitals. Through the app, nurses and other caregivers can send photos, text, and recorded video to a patient's family member to keep them in the loop and bring much-needed comfort since they can no longer visit in person. The service also helps physicians and nurses communicate more efficiently, saving valuable time during the current crisis while still helping patients and families connect.

Since announcing the program a couple of weeks ago, more than 30 hospitals have reached out to add this service, and one multi-hospital system is implementing in every hospital it owns.
