Annual Onedigital Wellbeing Conference Goes Virtual

Three-week series will teach companies how to prioritize their employees

OneDigital, the leading strategic advisory firm in the U.S., will host a three-part virtual learning experience in May for leaders of organizations with an interest in learning how to better meet their employees' professional needs in the contemporary workplace.

When the COVID-19 pandemic upended office life for many just a year ago, it changed the fabric of working life. Today's employees are most critically impacted by three areas: mental health, engagement and financial wellness. OneDigital's Health and Wellbeing team has designed three sessions carefully curated to the current needs of the workforce:

  • May 5, 2021, 1 p.m. (CDT):Protecting Minds in Panicked Times - Mental Health Safety Training for Today's Workplace, presented by Mettie Spiess, CPW, CPHSA
  • May 12, 2021, 1 p.m. (CDT):From "Zoomed Out" to Dialed In: Elevating Employee Engagement ... Virtually, presented by Rachel Druckenmiller, M.S.
  • May 19, 2021, 1 p.m. (CDT):How To Guide Your Employees to Healthy Financial Decisions, presented by Peter Dunn, Pete the Planner

"Seventy percent of employees report that this past year has been the most stressful time in their professional careers - and this shows up in businesses' bottom lines," said Kelly Holt, regional wellbeing consultant at OneDigital. "Productivity diminishes when you have a stressed-out workforce, meaning wellbeing should be a priority for all employers, pandemic or not. We're here to help them navigate these new waters and strategize ways they can positively support their employees."

Targeting human relations professionals and employer leadership teams, the event is free to register, and each program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review for SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP and HRCI recertification credit. You can learn more about these sessions, read about the speakers and register for the virtual events here.
