Tracy Biles has been named vice president of Mission Integration for Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital and Saint Thomas Regional Hospitals - which includes Saint Thomas Highlands, Saint Thomas DeKalb, Saint Thomas Stones River and Saint Thomas River Park. She will join the leadership team effective March 6 and will be responsible for leading and promoting all areas of mission integration and for creating internal and external initiatives to support the vision and values of Saint Thomas Health and parent organization Ascension.

She joins Saint Thomas Health from Mercy in Ada, Okla. where she worked as vice president, Mission. Prior to that, she held the same position for hospitals in Kansas. Biles earned her master's in Health Care Mission from Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, and she also holds a master's in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
