The healthcare company that uses data and technology in an effort to improve outcomes, recently announced a significant national expansion by offering Medicare Advantage health plans in Davidson, Rutherford and Williamson counties. The plans are available during the annual enrollment period through Dec. 7 and go into effect on Jan. 1, 2019. The company also announced Saint Thomas Health will be a full and active participant in the Clover provider network upon market entry.
