Nashville-based Montecito Medical, the nation's top privately held acquirer of medical office real estate, has expanded its team with the addition of Lucas McIntosh as an investment analyst. In his new role, McIntosh will be involved in analyzing and sourcing potential medical office investment and development opportunities, deal structuring, and due diligence efforts.

Previously, he served as a market analyst for Healthcare Realty Trust, where he chaired the company's business development efforts. He earned his business degree with a major in economics from Belmont University.
