OGA, a national full-service real estate services and development company based in Nashville, has broken ground on a new outpatient medical in Rutherford County. The project represents a 28,549 square foot facility and is being developing in partnership with United Surgical Partners International (USPI). The targeted completion date is June 2021.

"We're extremely excited to get started on this project with such a great partner as USPI," says Bond Oman, OGA's Chief Executive Officer. "Aside from creating a modern environment that allows our partners to deliver outstanding care to their patients, this facility adds to the quality of the community by providing an outpatient center a short distance from home."

The new building will be located in Murfreesboro at 2755 New Salem Highway. It is designed to include a range of state-of-the-art amenities, and is not the first of its kind for OGA in Middle Tennessee.

The company has also developed multiple medical properties in several neighboring areas including Brentwood, Gallatin, Hendersonville and Nashville. OGA also develops and manages a wide range of healthcare and other commercial properties nationwide. The company's more than 600 completed projects span the country and include cancer centers, medical office buildings, urgent care facilities, orthopedic offices, pharmaceutical compounding and infusion suites and behavioral health facilities.
