Rock House Center has added Chris Johns as Director of Growth where he will create and execute a companywide growth plan, optimizing performance of the current lines of business and developing new opportunities. Rock House Center is a biblical counseling company founded by John and Beth Murphy to help Christians draw upon their faith for solutions to difficult life issues.

"Chris' 37 years in hospital and physician practice operations along with his passion for helping people live their healthiest life is a great asset to our business," said John Murphy, CEO of Rock House Center. "We've seen tremendous growth in our counseling business and with Chris' assistance we will grow companywide."

Prior to joining Rock House Center, Johns held CFO roles with HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group as well as CEO and financial roles with QHR hospitals. He has more than three decades in healthcare administration and operations.

One area of growth Johns will lead is the EAP program allowing businesses to refer team members to Rock House Center for assistance. The company provides counseling to clients across the US and internationally.
