Saint Thomas Medical Partners, part of Ascension, has officially opened the doors of the newest location in Bellevue. The new full-service care center offers primary care services, onsite lab testing, and outpatient rehabilitation. Located on Temple Road, the new center features walk-in and same-day appointments Monday-Friday for all ages.

In early June, locally headquartered Montecito Medical Real Estate acquired the 22,300 square-foot medical office building, with Saint Thomas leasing 100 percent of the three-story, built-to-suit facility that was designed for STMP. "We're excited about acquiring our second Saint Thomas building, especially since our headquarters are in Nashville and this is in our backyard. We focus on the best of the best medical real estate and this asset truly complements our rapidly growing portfolio," explained Montecito Medical Partner and SVP of Acquisitions Chris Conk.
