Stroke Link Health, Inc. has announced Jean Range, MS, RN, CPHQ, has joined the company as chief nursing officer, providing leadership and oversight to their innovative stroke care program. As the senior executive for nursing services and practice, she is charged with ensuring that the quality and measured outcomes of Stroke Link Health protocols and pathways meet the highest standards of patient care.
Range brings a wealth of experience to the role, including nearly 10 years as executive director with The Joint Commission, where she led the full suite of Stroke Certification programs, from ideation through implementation and management. In collaboration with the American Heart/American Stroke Association, Stroke Certification has served as the foundation for improved quality and outcomes in acute ischemic stroke patients in more than 3000 hospitals nationwide. Prior to joining The Joint Commission, Range served as senior vice [resident of Clinical Operations with Paidos Health Services, a national provider of onsite specialty care management, where she provided leadership to more than 160 RN's in more than 40 states. Early career experience includes consulting with Ernst & Young, LLP, and clinical nursing in neurology, neurosurgery, transplant, and general surgery.
