Edna Willingham has been named president of Amerigroup, the Anthem subsidiary in charge of Medicaid health plans in Tennessee with 400,000 covered lives statewide. Previously, Willingham served as the company's chief operating officer and has been with Amerigroup Tennessee since 1994.
