Nashville-based employee benefits consulting firm Paradigm Group recently announced the addition of two to the sales team.

Mason Shank joins as an employer advisor and is responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with prospective employee benefits and retirement services clients. He brings experience working for the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. He earned a bachelor's degree in communications from University of Missouri-Columbia.

Jeremy Charbonneau

Jeremy Charbonneau has joined as a consultant, working with prospective clients to find comprehensive, customized solutions. He brings several years of experience in the healthcare industry with expertise in ACOs and population health. Charbonneau earned his undergraduate degree in marketing from Western Kentucky and his MBA with an emphasis in healthcare from Middle Tennessee State University.
