Nashville-based healthcare finance company CarePayment recently added Wes Pass as chief strategy officer. Most recently, Pass served as a senior vice president with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the organization's national for-profit healthcare group. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and former officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Pass also holds an MBA from Wake Forest. Pass was also recently named board chair for Leadership Health Care.
