Southern Joint Replacement Institute (SJRI) is pleased to welcome Matthew Christie, MD, to its medical practice. Dr. Christie is an orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in joint replacement of the hip and knee. He will be joining a team of six physicians who specialize in primary and revision joint replacement with offices in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Dickson, Union City and Brentwood.

Dr. Christie graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, Charlottesville, VA. He completed his residency at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, AL and his fellowship at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT.
