Nashville - Graham Healthcare Capital (GHCC) has announced the addition of Charlie Walker as General Counsel and Jon L’Heureux as Vice President of Business Development of the Nashville-based healthcare capital firm.

Charlie Walker will direct the legal team as GHCC continues its growth through the expansion of its existing businesses as well as acquisitions in the healthcare field. In his role, L’Heureux has direct accountability for business development and strategic sourcing for Graham Healthcare Capital.

Walker joins the firm from WireMasters, a multinational interconnective parts supplier for the aerospace and defense industry, where he was General Counsel.  L’Heureux comes to GHCC with prior experience building out the development function for Council Capital, a lower mid-market healthcare private equity fund, investing in healthcare service and technology companies.

GHCC Managing Partner Justin DeWitte welcomed both to Graham Healthcare Capital. “We are excited to have Charlie and Jon on the Graham Healthcare team. Their experience, guidance, and leadership have produced strong results throughout their careers. We look forward to their assistance in creating long term value for all our companies,” he said.

Jon L’Heureux brings more than twenty-five years of experience in various development roles within healthcare, with the last seven years spent in healthcare investing. His investing focus began with Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) where he concentrated on physician-owned hospitals and served on the Physician Hospitals of America (PHA) board.

Prior to his most recent investment focus, L’Heureux worked in various roles leading national accounts, channel partner and strategic relationships, and sales leadership positions for SpecialtyCare, a clinical purchased services company, Curative/Healogistcs (Wound Care), and Sodexo, which provides outsourced managed services. He is a native of Kansas and a graduate of the University of Kansas.

Prior to his work with WireMasters, Walker practiced law with Waller here in Nashville. A graduate of Harding University, he earned a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and his law degree at Pepperdine Law School, is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, and is a registered patent attorney.

“Graham Healthcare Capital’s strategy and its record of growth present me with opportunities to work closely with the founding partners to add value that enhances the integral parts of the firm’s strategy,” Walker said. “I am looking forward to joining Justin, David and the rest of the leadership team as we craft the next stage of growth for Graham.”

“This firm’s success to-date and its strategy for creating value has attracted the attention of both companies and founders,” L’Heureux stated. “This is an exciting time, for Graham and the healthcare industry, and I am looking forward to exploring development initiatives to help this outstanding firm continue its growth.”
