The Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation is pleased to introduce the 2022 - 2023 class of The Commonwealth Society, a forum for Rutherford County business professionals to receive a "behind the scenes" look at the inner workings of the county's largest hospital while exploring healthcare issues of national and local importance.
As in years' past, cohort members were thoughtfully selected from a diverse range of industries and represent many different job roles. Over the next six months, participants will learn about challenges, innovations, and future plans from Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford administrators and clinical leaders during private interactive tours of the surgery and catheterization lab, the cancer center, the emergency department, and much more.
The Commonwealth Society was founded in 1996 by the Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation Board of Directors and the late Jean Moser, a beloved local educator.
