The AAMC (Association of American Medical Colleges) will host its annual Diversifying the Next Generation of Doctors Career Fair in Nashville, Tenn. on Saturday, Nov. 12. This free event, geared primarily toward high school and college students and their parents interested in learning about a career in medicine and biomedical science, is focused on supporting individuals from diverse and underserved communities and is intended to help increase diversity in the field of medicine.
Participants will have the opportunity to meet and interact with representatives from more than 80 U.S. medical schools and other health professions schools (such as dental, physician assistants, and more) including pre-health advisers and school administrators.
