Hendersonville   After extensive renovations to the former Miller Health building at 166 East Main Street in Hendersonville, Complete Health Partners held a grand opening celebration on January 25 to invite the Hendersonville community to tour the new medical facility and meet the medical team.  Area business leaders and elected officials including Mayor Jamie Clary were on hand for the official grand opening, marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Hendersonville residents seeking comprehensive primary care and urgent care for non-life-threatening medical conditions now have a tech-forward option with less wait, easy online appointment scheduling, and longer appointment times.  Complete Health Partners opened its third permanent location to the public on December 26th after months of renovations to the clinic.

Locally owned and operated by a group of Board Certified Emergency Physicians, Complete Health Partners offers urgent care, primary care and non-operative orthopedic care to their community.  Their clinics host on-site X-ray capabilities, labs and procedure rooms that allow them to treat many conditions most doctors’ offices and other clinics cannot. They can handle minor trauma, such as burns, cuts that require stitches, fractures, sprains and dislocations.

“Too often people seek care in hospital emergency rooms because their regular doctor’s office is closed, they can’t get a timely appointment or their primary care provider doesn’t see minor emergencies,” said Dr. Ty Babcock, emergency medicine physician and CEO of Complete Health Partners.

“This puts a burden on both the patients and the hospitals. Patients are paying for more expensive treatment than they really need and usually have to endure long waits. And hospitals are often overwhelmed with minor cases when the true function of an ER is to treat and stabilize patients with life-threatening medical conditions,” Dr. Babcock said.

With the goal of providing comprehensive medical care in a cost-efficient and comfortable environment, the first Complete Health Partners location opened in West Nashville in 2018. A second location was added in Downtown Nashville in 2020. At the beginning of 2021, Complete Health Partners opened a curbside COVID testing location in Hendersonville while they began to identify and renovate their permanent Hendersonville home.

“We aim to serve everyone who walks through our door with the highest quality of care,” Dr. Babcock said. “We accept most private health insurance, and we display self-pay prices on our website for our most common services.”

In addition to urgent care and primary, Complete Health Partners clinics also treat non-operative orthopedic injuries, and they offer employee health to local businesses.

The Hendersonville clinic is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is located at 166 E. Main Street in front of Drakes Creek Park.  For more information, visit www.CompleteHealthPartners.com
