The Ascension Saint Thomas Mobile Health Unit is thrilled to announce its upcoming visit to the Greens Hills Family YMCA on June 28th from 8:30am to 12pm. This fully equipped mobile unit offers a range of services and will be staffed by an advanced practice provider who will be available on-site to provide sports and school physicals, as well as adult wellness visits for individuals aged 3 years and older.

The Ascension Saint Thomas Mobile Health Unit, funded by The Christy Houston Foundation and the Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation, provides a convenient space for individuals to receive vital wellness services, eliminating barriers such as transportation and scheduling conflicts.
