Nashville Architecture Firm ESa Adds 14 Principals Architects and Interior Designers

NASHVILLE - ESa has announced that 14 new principals have been added to the firm’s leadership. “As ESa continues to grow, we are excited to celebrate our newest ESa principals. These individuals embody the characteristics of a quality leader and have shown great leadership in client and team member relationships, project management and mentoring roles,” said Kevin Harney, ESa vice president and principal.

Named as principals are:

 

Thomas Bauman, IIDA, ASID, NCIDQ, EDAC, with 28 years of experience and all with ESa. He holds a BS in Interior Design from University of Cincinnati.

Misty Chambers, MSN, RN, Associate AIA, EDAC, has been working in the healthcare arena for 39 years, 17 of those with ESa. She holds BS in Nursing from Emory University and an MS in Nursing Administration from Vanderbilt.

Jason Cowan, Associate AIA, has spent the last 25 years with ESa and is a Marine veteran with 21 years of service. He attended Nashville State where he studied architectural engineering, and Middle Tennessee State University where he studied construction management.

Lee Davis, AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP BD+C, has 19 years of experience, all with ESa and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

John Falco, AIA, NCARB, CDT, has 18 years professional experience, 11 of those years with ESa. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Meghan Hartwell, AIA, NCARB, EDAC, holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, a Master of Architecture and a certificate in Health Systems and Design from Texas A&M. She has been with ESa for 18 years.

Craig Holloway, AIA, has spent 32 of his 39 years of professional experience with ESa. He obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Charles Jorgensen, AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP, has spent 14 of his 18 years practicing architecture with ESa. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University.

Patrick Kilgore, Associate AIA, has 35 years of experience with 25 years working at ESa. He earned an AAS degree in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute.

Sherry Wessel Mendel, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C, has spent 15 years as an architect, all with ESa. She has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ball State and a Master of Architecture + Health from Clemson.

Benjamin Metz, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C, has 17 years of architecture experience, all with ESa. He obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Alana Morris, IIDA, NCIDQ, EDAC, has 22 years of experience as an interior designer with ESa. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Jill Romano, AIA, LEED® AP BD+C, has spent nine of her 19 years as an architect with ESa. She has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Scott Satterfield, Associate AIA, has 24 years of professional experience with 11 years working at ESa. He has an AAS degree in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute.

 

The new roles became effective September 1, 2023.
