N. Harris Computer Corp., a Canadian holding company, recently purchased Nashville-based digiChart, a healthcare software company with products targeted to OB-GYN practices. According to executives with Harris, digiChart will stay in Nashville and keep its staff. Healthcare is one of four core industry groups for Harris, which is part of the larger, publicly traded Constellation Software.
