Amedisys, one of the nation's leading home healthcare, hospice and personal care companies, unveiled a new logo companywide during its Q1 earnings call last month. The new graphic depicts a home, with an arrow shaped into a rooftop and a medical cross serving as a window, all surrounded by a circle. The logo uses a more contemporary font and new green color to radiate vitality and good health.
"The new, more inviting logo is designed to better represent our company's central mission - to deliver compassionate clinical care to the home - as well as to position Amedisys as an innovative, forward-thinking leader in the healthcare profession," said Amedisys CEO Paul Kusserow. "The circle that encompasses the home, for example, signifies our clinical teamwork and dedication to the full continuum of care."
