Recently, a select group of 12 emerging physician leaders from around the state met in Monteagle to learn more about collaboration, influence, conflict management and negotiation through a leadership training program offered by the Tennessee Medical Association. Six doctors from Middle Tennessee are participating in the second class of the Leadership Immersion Program, which is part of the John Ingram Institute for Physician Leadership: Michael Beckham, MD, FACP, John Binhlam, MD; Lee Fentriss, MD; Michelle Fiscus, MD, Annette Kyzer, MD, and Venumadhav Kotla, MD.
