Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship) is pleased to announce the addition of Blake Bratcher to the firm as an executive vice president, leading Flagship's ambulatory surgery center (ASC) strategy and portfolio, effective Sept. 28, 2020. Based in Nashville, Tenn., he will be responsible for the growth and direction of Flagship's ASC initiative, centered on building strategic partnerships with surgery center operators and physicians to acquire, develop and manage ASCs across the country.

Prior to joining Flagship, Blake was the enterprise vice president of real estate for Envision Healthcare, where he oversaw the development and management of over 650 properties across 40 states, 280 of which were ASCs. Previously, he served as the director of real estate and real estate counsel at AmSurg, one of the nation's largest ASC operators.
