National health care strategic communications firm Lovell Communications has recruited Philip Betbeze, former senior editor with HealthLeaders Media, as senior advisor. In his new role, Betbeze will lead and support communications strategies for the firm's national health care client base.

"For nearly two decades Philip Betbeze has been a trusted and highly regarded commentator on our nation's health care industry," said Rosemary Plorin, president and CEO of Lovell Communications. "His deep knowledge, keen insights and vast industry relationships will be an asset to our firm and our clients across the country."

As one of the health care industry's most respected journalists, Betbeze has covered emerging business models, analyzed financial trends, dissected federal policy and interviewed C-suite leadership throughout the industry. In addition to a decade and a half in editorial management at HealthLeaders, he was an editor at the Nashville Business Journal. His work has been recognized by the American Society of Business Publication Editors and the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors.

Lovell Communications also recently promoted Alli Finkelston and Bailey Wimmer to account executives. In their new roles, Finkelston and Wimmer assume expanded account responsibilities and assist in the agency's health care marketing, public relations and crisis communications services.

"As our firm continues to grow we are equally fortunate to attract new talent like Philip and develop the skills and expertise of our junior executives," said Plorin. "Alli and Bailey are both highly motivated, dedicated professionals with exceptional commitment to their craft and clients. We are delighted to acknowledge their professional growth and look forward to their continued development with our team."
